TWF Labs is an India-specialist staffing and Employer of Record service for non-Indian startups. We started from a simple observation: founders abroad can find brilliant engineers in India in an afternoon, but employing them legally takes months of learning a system they'll never use again. So we built the system once, properly, and run it for you.
What “Labs” means
In our world, “Labs” does not mean experimental. It means systematic, measured, instrumented. We treat hiring and compliance the way good engineers treat code: documented, tested, observable, improved every cycle. Most staffing firms run on email threads and guesswork. We run on a documented system — every step tracked, every compliance rule sourced, our methodology public, and a changelog when the law changes.
What TWF stands for
TWF is short for The Work Flow — the original idea behind the company, now operating as TWF Labs. We use the short form everywhere.

How we're different from the global EORs
