A free 25-minute intro. You describe the role, the timeline, and how many India hires you're planning. We tell you exactly what the loaded cost looks like and how the rest of the process runs.

We source & vet.
Calibrated outbound sourcing from our India network. First shortlist of senior candidates in 7–10 business days. Every candidate has been through a structured technical screen and a real conversation about the role.
- Step 03
You choose.
Interview the candidates that fit. Make the offer when you're ready. We help with comp benchmarks (Glassdoor + Levels.fyi anchored to the city and stack) so the offer lands first time.
- Step 04
We employ.
On offer-accept we issue a compliant Indian employment contract built around the 2025 Labour Codes (the 50% rule, post-Nov-2025 PF + gratuity). Onboarding completes within 5–10 business days.
- Step 05
We run it.
Monthly payroll, TDS, EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, gratuity accrual, leave, HR. You get one itemised invoice and a quarterly compliance brief. You manage the work; we manage the system.

How long does the whole process take?
Roughly: 7–10 business days to first shortlist, ~1–2 weeks of interviews and offers (yours to drive), and 5–10 business days from offer-accept to onboarded. End to end is typically 3–5 weeks for a single senior hire.
What do I need to provide?
The role brief (responsibilities, stack, level, time-zone), the offer comp band, and your company name + signatory for the engagement letter. That's it — we drive the rest.
Who do we talk to at TWF Labs?
Your first call and first email are answered by the person who runs TWF Labs — typically within 24 hours. Day-to-day on hiring and payroll runs is a small dedicated team, not a help desk.
What if we want to switch from EOR to our own entity later?
Standard. We transfer the engineer to your Indian entity on a documented handover (employment contract novation, PF transfer, leave balance, gratuity). No clawback fee.
