Privacy policy
How TWF Labs handles personal data. This is a working starter policy — it will be reviewed by counsel before launch and updated thereafter.

TWF Labs (“we,” “us”) operates twflabs.com and provides recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), and compliance services. This policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. Data we collect
Website visitors: name, work email, company, and message when you submit a form or book a call; plus standard analytics (with consent).
Candidates and employees (processed on behalf of our clients): contact details, work history, identity and statutory documents, and payroll information necessary to employ and pay them lawfully in India.
2. Why we process it
To respond to enquiries, deliver our services, meet legal and statutory obligations in India (including under the Income-tax Act, EPF, ESI, and the Labour Codes), and improve our services.
3. Legal basis
Consent (enquiries, analytics), contract (service delivery), and legal obligation (statutory filings). For clients in the EU/UK we process personal data as a processor under your instructions.
4. Sharing
With our vetted sub-processors only: payroll and compliance providers, our payroll-specialist chartered accountant, and hosting and analytics providers. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Client and candidate data may be processed in India. Where required we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
6. Retention
Enquiry data: up to 24 months. Service data: as required by Indian statutory law (employment and tax records are retained for the periods the law mandates).
7. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, objection, and portability, subject to our legal retention obligations. Contact founder@twflabs.com.
8. Security
Access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege handling of personal data.
